Antibacterial
Filter Ball
Using modified polymer fiber filaments as the substrate, functional filter media are made by loading broad-spectrum antibacterial agents such as silver ions and zinc oxide through nanotechnology. There are three types: lake blue, white, and black, which can inhibit pathogenic microorganisms such as Escherichia coli. It is suitable for high hygiene fields such as medical, food, and drinking water.
Performance characteristics:
1. Targeted antibacterial design
Escherichia coli: Silver ions disrupt cell membrane potential, block ATP synthesis, and become inactive within 30 minutes;
Staphylococcus aureus: Nano zinc oxide produces reactive oxygen species (ROS), degrades biofilm proteins, and has a 24-hour killing rate of>99.9%;
Candida albicans: Quaternary ammonium salt groups disrupt the chitin structure of fungal cell walls and inhibit spore germination.
2. Safety and environmental friendliness
The immobilization rate of antibacterial agents is greater than 99.8%, and the dissolution amount is less than 0.1ppm (far below the WHO drinking water standard limit);
Through ISO 10993-5 cytotoxicity testing, biocompatibility meets medical grade requirements.
3. Long term durability
Adopting microcapsule sustained-release technology, the effective release period of antibacterial agents can reach 3-5 years;
The recovery rate of antibacterial performance after backwashing (strength 10-12 L/(m²·s)) is greater than 97%.
