Filter Ball (Modified
Filter Ball)
Using modified polymer fibers as the core, it has a three-dimensional gradient pore structure with a porosity of 90%-98% and a pore size of 5-10 μm. The elastic modulus reaches 0.8-1.2GPa, and the rebound rate after compression is greater than 98%, which can resist complex water flow impacts. Its surface area is as high as 3000-5000m ²/m³, which is 5-8 times that of traditional quartz sand filter media. It can efficiently adsorb micron sized suspended solids and colloids, achieving high-precision water quality filtration.
